Dedra Douglas, RN, BSN -Owner/Operator
Dedra has been a nurse since 2008 and has served in a variety of roles including management and travel nursing in many areas including ICU, ED, and primary care to name a few. Her goal is to serve her community by bringing these services with a holistic preventative approach. She spends most of her time on a small farm with her family. She is happy to help you meet your health care goals.
Kate Pierce, RN, BSN - Infusion Nurse
Kate was born and raised here in Scott County where she lives with her husband Chris and two children Walker and Willa. They live on and work their farm to promote healthy living and diets. They attend Winfield Baptist Church and enjoy working alongside their church family to live the gospel and serve the community.
Kate has been a Registered nurse for 9 years. She has worked in many facets of nursing including on a specialized neuro-stroke unit at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, home health, med-surge, and also serves as the sexual assault nurse examiner for adults here in Scott County. She is excited to now join us here at the clinic to continue giving excellent care to the citizens of Scott and surrounding counties.
Medical Directors
*Our Medical Directors are Medical Doctors who are licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee. They have reviewed all formulas, blends, doses, frequencies, and contra-indications with D3IV Hydration Clinic, LLC.
*As Registered Nurses licensed to practice in the state of Tennessee, we follow the policies and procedures set forth by them.
*All medications, vitamins, and nutrients are made in the USA and sent to D3IV directly from the compounding pharmacies.
*All intake forms are reviewed thoroughly prior to the administration of IV infusions and/or injections. Please be honest on these because your safety is our top concern.
*While side effects for the infusions and injections do exist, they are few and usually minimal.
*Please remember that services with D3IV are intended for overall wellness and are not intended as medical treatment. Please consult your primary care physician if you have any concerns.
